Forme – Brighton

The façade is articulated through a series of stacked volumes, with light and dark elements used to create depth and hierarchy. Openings are carefully aligned, reinforcing a structured and ordered street presence while maintaining a restrained material palette.

Internally, the plan is organised as a clear and efficient sequence, responding to the constraints of a townhouse typology. A central living domain anchors the ground level, where kitchen, dining and living areas are consolidated within a cohesive volume.

Material continuity defines the interior. Stone surfaces, tiled flooring and integrated joinery are applied with restraint, allowing proportion and junction detailing to carry the architectural expression. The kitchen is resolved as a singular element, with monolithic surfaces and a controlled material palette.

Natural light is introduced through carefully positioned openings, extending the depth of the plan and establishing a consistent internal environment. Living spaces connect directly to the rear garden, creating a measured transition between interior and landscape.

Vertical circulation is expressed through a central stair, linking upper-level accommodation arranged with clarity and efficiency. Bedrooms and bathrooms maintain a consistent material language, reinforcing cohesion throughout the home.

Externally, upper-level terraces extend the living domain, providing additional outdoor spaces while contributing to the overall composition of the built form.

The result is a resolved and contemporary residence, defined by formal clarity, material consistency and disciplined execution.
