The Terrace is a contemporary residence defined by a considered balance of architecture, landscape and materiality. Nestled within the established streetscape of Fairfield, the home has been designed as a private retreat, where natural light, generous proportions and seamless connections to outdoor living shape the everyday experience.
A restrained architectural language brings clarity to the design. Layered forms, deep recesses and carefully framed views create a sense of privacy while establishing a strong relationship with the surrounding garden landscape. Concrete, stone and timber are employed with refinement, creating warmth and texture throughout the home.
At the heart of the residence, expansive open-plan living spaces flow effortlessly to landscaped terraces and outdoor entertaining areas. Large-format glazing draws daylight deep into the interior, blurring the boundary between inside and out while creating a calm and light-filled environment.
