Stack – Heidelberg
Heidelberg Boutique Apartments
Project Details
Stack is a boutique mixed-use development that combines residential living with ground-floor retail within a compact urban setting. Positioned along Burgundy Street in Heidelberg, the project delivers a contemporary response to medium-density development, balancing residential amenity with active street frontage.
Organised across seven levels, the development incorporates two retail tenancies at ground level, dedicated resident parking and sixteen apartments arranged across the upper floors. The planning adopts a clear and efficient approach, maximising functionality while maintaining access to natural light, outlook and private open space.
The architectural expression is defined by a layered façade, where screening elements and bold vertical forms establish a strong identity within the streetscape. Large openings and generous balconies create a connection between the apartments and the surrounding urban environment.
Internally, the apartments are designed around simplicity, durability and functionality. Open-plan living spaces, integrated storage solutions and carefully selected finishes create flexible interiors suited to contemporary living.
Material selection is handled with restraint. Timber flooring, stone surfaces and refined detailing establish a cohesive interior language while maintaining a timeless and durable aesthetic throughout the development.
A rooftop terrace extends the amenity of the building, providing residents with access to shared outdoor space and elevated views across Heidelberg and the surrounding landscape.
The result is a well-resolved mixed-use development that combines retail activation, quality residential.
