Positioned within an established residential setting, the development is organised across a basement level and two storeys above ground, balancing operational requirements with opportunities for natural light, outdoor connection and efficient circulation throughout the building.

The architectural response adopts a contemporary form, with expansive glazing, deep overhangs and carefully considered outdoor spaces contributing to a welcoming and engaging learning environment. The building has been planned to support the daily needs of children, educators and families while maintaining a strong relationship with the surrounding neighbourhood.

Internally, learning and activity spaces are arranged to provide flexibility, supervision and connection between indoor and outdoor environments. The planning prioritises functionality and ease of movement while creating a calm and intuitive experience for occupants throughout the centre.

Supporting infrastructure is integrated throughout the development, including a commercial-grade kitchen designed to accommodate specialised Kosher meal preparation requirements. Basement parking and service areas are incorporated within the lower level, assisting with operational efficiency while maximising the usability of the upper levels.
