The façade is expressed through a layered composition of brickwork and metal cladding, with masonry anchoring the lower levels and lighter elements refining the upper form. Openings are carefully proportioned, reinforcing a measured and ordered street presence.

Internally, the plan is organised as a vertical sequence, responding to the constraints of a compact inner-urban site. A central living domain forms the core of the home, where kitchen, dining and living areas are consolidated into a clear and functional arrangement.

Material continuity defines the interior. Stone surfaces, timber flooring and dark joinery are applied with restraint, allowing contrast and junction detailing to carry the architectural expression. At roof level, a terrace provides an elevated outdoor space, extending the dwelling beyond its footprint and offering outlook over the surrounding urban fabric.
