Linear – Inner North‑East

The façade is expressed through horizontal brickwork, off-form concrete and large-format glazing, organised within a disciplined structural framework. Vertical screening elements and deep overhangs provide modulation of light and privacy, while reinforcing the linear expression of the built form.

This order extends to the planning. A central living domain is formed around a double-height volume, where a full-height masonry element anchors the space and establishes a clear visual focal point. Glazing to multiple sides introduces consistent natural light, while maintaining controlled connections to the surrounding landscape.

Material continuity defines the interior. Stone, timber and plaster are applied with restraint, allowing texture and junction detailing to carry the architectural expression. The kitchen is resolved as a singular object, with monolithic stone surfaces and integrated joinery reinforcing clarity and precision within the space.

The living areas extend directly to the external environment, where covered outdoor zones and the pool are positioned in alignment with the internal plan. Framed openings and layered thresholds moderate the transition between inside and out, maintaining cohesion across the built form.

Private spaces are organised to the upper level and rear, with bathrooms and retreat areas continuing the restrained palette. Stone surfaces and controlled natural light define these spaces, reinforcing a consistent material language.

The result is a resolved and enduring residence, defined by order, material consistency and disciplined execution.
