The development comprises nine retail tenancies arranged across the ground level, with seven tenancies fronting Ocean Beach Road and two addressing Morce Avenue. The planning is organised to maximise visibility, accessibility and pedestrian engagement, strengthening the connection between the development and the surrounding retail environment.

A multi-level concrete parking structure is integrated across the upper levels, providing substantial parking capacity and supporting the ongoing demands of the precinct. Public amenities, lift access and supporting infrastructure have been incorporated throughout to enhance functionality and accessibility for both visitors and retailers.

The retail tenancies were designed with flexibility in mind, allowing for a diverse mix of commercial uses. Provision for food-based operators, including shared grease-trap infrastructure, enables a broad range of hospitality and retail outcomes while supporting the long-term adaptability of the development.
